Couldn't tell you who made it, but it looks like a pretty blatant and slightly convincing (at least from the small photo) Moulton knock off.

Bridgestone Japan, this is licensed from Moulton UK as a modern verison of a classic design by Alex Moulton.

You know, looking at it again, the description doesn't match the photograph at all. I had initially thought it was a photo of a knock off by the description of being 5 speed, $180, made in china, but the photograph is certainly of the Bridgestone moulton posted by bangkok.

Those are not 5 speed, nor $180, nor with 20 inch wheels. It looks like the CL ad has a false photo on it for the description altogether.

The poster is a spammer. I emailed twice, no response. Then, the very next day, I got 4 spam mails.
I think BigChainring did search the photo on the web and found that it was plucked out from Google.

Yep, that same image shows up on the first page of google results for "bridgestone moulton".

I'd suppose this is the original image the spammer used:
