Brompton: the Book
Stop me if you've heard this:
Author David Henshaw has released a book on Bromptons.
No personal connection to author, retailer, Brompton or very little else.

One of the things I don't like about the direction this forum has taken is a rather mean spirited way of jumping on others that repeat topics. If anything, I find it refreshing that others still take the time to alert others on all matters of bicycles in spite of this.
As for the arrival of the actual book here in the US, I have received an e-mail from the bike store I ordered the book from back in December. They told me that the book is expected in February and they will ship it as soon as it arrives.

While you've posted on the general topic, it was about how the book would be released and available in the future and how to pre-order a copy. My post concerned where and how to actually get a copy from an in-stock retailer today.

Has anyone read this book yet? Did you enjoy it?
I was going to order a copy but I have been so busy lately it slipped my mind.

Don't worry, I am glad that others are interested in this topic too. I already posted on this topic. See for full thread devoted to the book:

tcs: Try your local book store. The larger ones stock a huge amount of bike books. I should know, I bought 2 books on bike maintenance already.
PDR: Don't worry, I am sure that there is plenty of books to go around-especially in the UK. You should be able to get a copy very easy there. I have not received mine yet-but I live in the USA where the book is slow to get here.
East Biker: Missed you too during my recovery.
