Brompton cable rubbing the chainring! ! ! Help! ! !

Anyone know why cables running through underneath my brompton frame are rubbing my chainring? anyway to adjust it? I fold it often for my daily commute. I don't have this issue before. I bought it new 3 years ago. Thanks! It's 6 speed.

I'm not sure but I think it's possible to put the cables back in their original place by hand. Maybe it's easier when unfold. But if you want to know more try the Brompton Yahoo group, full of people knowing and/or loving their Brommie.
