Where to buy: folding frameset

Howdy everybody!
I hope this isn't a massive faux pas, but I'm very much at a loss as to where one might go about finding a 20" folder frameset only for purchase. (frame, fork, headset, handlepost)
I've got an older (2002) Dahon Speed Pro with a broken handlepost and massive ding in the frame (granted it's steel so that's less of a concern), but I was hoping to find a frame onto which I could swap all my old parts/components and have a complete bike finally!!
(Aside from the ding, it's also becoming extremely difficult to find a replacement handlepost, as this is from the age when they used 1" threaded headsets.)

Thanks so much!!!

You're probably better off just buying a cheap bike complete and swapping the components you want to keep.

Which country are you in?

CH White in the UK
has a range of pre-2009 Dahon frames, and are building some sweet go-faster Mu's. The frames are not expensive, but adding in new forks and hubs/wheels is. Prices would be 17.5% cheaper for export outside of the EU.

They may do export if you want a handlepost, Thor in the USA is another possible, as are Gaerlan.
