Everest bike--Quality**********
Hi there i am looking at getting a mountain bike to get me back into the game. I am only going to be on dirt paths and paved surfaces as of now. If i start to go more extreme then i will upgrade my bike. Right now I am looking at a Everest Folding Mountain Bike. I dont know anything about them. I do like how it folds up as space in limited for me to store it and transport it and all. Now i am 6' and weigh 250# right now. I want to make sure this is a quality bike not just another pos bike like you would find at walmart or target you know those stores. Here is the info from the link......
Like New 26" EVEREST Folding Mountain Bike
(Dual Disc Brake, Dual Suspension & 21 Speed SHIMANO Gears)
Includes bag carrying bag.
He is only asking $125 for it. Which is right in my budget right now.
Let me know what you all know about this bike.
Thanks a ton and look forward to talking to everyone more!

Sigh, tried to look this up online for you. Looks like a promotional item to me along the lines of "Denali" and "Jeep" bikes. This makes it a "Walmart"bike, and the price point supports that. Looking at Montague bikes, a known folding MT bike maker, their cheapest is $550 or so, this is the area you need to be looking for a decent folding MT Bike. that or start looking on craigslist or Ebay for a decent non folding bike if that is your budget ($125)
