I haven't owned MKS QR pedals but a couple of my friends do. I don't think there is much in it. Probably eventual play is unavoidable without some very expensive coatings.

I am considering getting a pair of the Wellgo QRD-M138, either from ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Wellgo-QRD...item2eb5990b19
or from Clas Ohlson http://www.clasohlson.com/uk/Wellgo-...FdDJtAod2UsA_A

I have emailed both retailers and they tell me that the adaptors that screw into cranks are not included and have to be purchased separately. The ebay seller does not have them listed but Clas Ohlson have them here http://www.clasohlson.com/uk/Wellgo-...ts/Pr315113000
Seems strange to me that they are not included, have any of you had to buy the adapters separately?

Other than some slack appearing in the connection between the spindle and the adaptor, how are they performing, reliable?
Thanks.

That's strange considering they are shown (on the ebay listing) with them and pretty useless without them ? I suspect they are included and you may have lost something in the translation.

On the other link they are not shown and I guess that is why they are cheaper.

This was my seller, though no longer listed

Mine were supplied with the attachment. They are doing fine, though on a bike I do not use every day.

I bought three pairs on eBay, each time from a different seller, and the adapters are always included.

I am very happy with my Wellgo QRD-M138.
But unlike cpg I would like to buy 3 pairs of adaptors only as I have 3 folders I alternate for local rides.
It would be nice to just click the pedals on without unscrewing the adaptors each time.

have them, but they do not ship to Australia.
And they are expensive, almost as much as the pedals with adaptors
eBay item number 170986259845

Does anyone know where I can get them a bit cheaper, or maybe someone has used Wellgo QRD pedals for sale? Googling did not help. Cheers.
Bob.

Since my last posting on this thread I bought the ones from the ebay seller and they did come as a complete set, pedals, adapters and the bag to keep them in. So far I am very happy with them. Like you I have been thinking about using them on my other folders and considered just buying the adaptors from Clasohlson but with postage included its a better deal to get a full set from the ebay seller. The advantage of having a full set of pedals for each bike is that you can have all your bikes available for use at the same time, useful for when you have family and friends joining you on a ride.
