I bought a folding bike on the cheap, and it needs a new wheelset as the new tires will not work on the oldschool rims...There is no lip for the tires to bead on the rims. I tried taking apart an old rim at the bicycle workshop in town, but could not get the dustcap to fit properly over the bearings. It does not have a cone.
I am looking to buy a 20" wheelset, but don't have a clue what to buy. It's a 13mm bolt which is an off size.
Does anyone out there have one of these bikes? If so, what wheelset do you have on it, and where did you get it? Seems like this was more of a project than I wanted to take on when purchasing.
