A smart move, but ineffective. It will not stop someone from buying a bike and reverse engineer it to gleam it's secrets.

Is the other site gone?

www.dahon.com is up though forums are closed to new members. It is controlled by the Tern side ("Dahon Taiwan"). This is also part of the litigation.
