Last minute Curve SL

I've just realized that I seem to have missed out on buying a Curve SL... **** happens. Is there anyone that happens to know of a bikestore in Europe that still have a Curve SL with the Shimano Capreo 9 gears drive train and are willing to ship to Sweden?

Please let me know.

Thanks.

You could try Rakuten, which is like a Japanese version of Amazon.com. Add on about 140 Euros for shipping to Sweden.

Thanks! Although I can still buy the XL from Sweden and the price from Rakuten will be much to high. I might just spend my money on a Brompton instead, it has a nicer fold.

True enough Lao, The Brompton does have a nicer fold but having ridden both, the Curve SL rides far better.

I had a chance to ride a Curve SL last month in SoCal. I would disagree with the statement that it rides "much better" than the Brompton. Frankly, I liked the Brompton quite a bit more, including the fold, even if the parts aren't as good as what the Curve SL was using. And that's why I spent almost twice the price to buy a Brompton.

This shop in Germany has three in stock, whether they ship SE I dunno.
I would offer to translate (short ;)) mails EN to DE, if that's any help.

Oh, and another one here. Only 599€.

I've ridden both and my opinion would be the reverse. Horses for courses I guess!

It took me a few months to realize how well the ride of the Curve SL is. In the beginning I hated it because I felt every single bump. I would guess that the stiff aluminum frame would probably out-race a Brommie. Just a guess though. I have not however ridden a Brompton before.
