A fair offer is what someone wants to pay for what is on the bike, everyone's mileage will vary and nobody can answer that one but you and the seller. Good luck in aquiring your Moulton.

Very interesting - so it's about $1725 BIN asking price and a 1450 starting price. I'm curious if it sells.
