Need handlebars on my Dahon so I can sit up straight.

I have an old Dahon that I love, but the handle bars are too far away for my short arms and I can't sit up straight. I don't want to move my seat forward. Does anyone know what kind of handlebars I could add to it that might curve towards me? I don't ever fold it - so that is not an issue. Here's a photo. I bought it from my mailman a long time ago for $20.

Welcome to the fold. I would get hold of Thor a Dahon dealer who is a regular here and he would have some recommendations. Here is his site: https://www.thorusa.com/accessories/handlebar.htm

The Satori Vienna bars from thor is great but I doubt you need to buy from a Dahon dealer. Is nothing available locally? Nothing about what continent you are on so I guess the US since you use $.

If you can remove the bars , at all , a bend that has the grips pointing backwards, may help.

Folded size will be obviously effected.
