Got anyone with a sewing machine where you live? keep your money circulating there..

Upholstery and Awning shops have the HD commercial machines to use heavy canvas.

you can sew Cordura on a home sewing-machine, just buy a new sharp needle or 2.

Thanks for the answer but i really looking to buy a Folding bike bag not make one. :-)

Anyone else have any suggestions??

You own one I assume then Sam? It just looks a bit cumbersome in the pictures. I guess that's just because the bike's fold isn't overly compact.

Would like to make one of find the perfect sized hard suitcase one day.
