I like your solution of turning the bottle cage backwards to fit the bottle. I use a shorter wide-mouth bottle because a standard bottle is too long. I am glad that I saw your solution.

Becoming a favorite
This BF Pocket Llama was made for my neighbor, who seldom rode it. He passed recently and his wife gifted(!) their two matching custom Pocket Llamas to me and my wife. Riding this bike reminds me of Bill and I’d like to think that he’d prefer these bikes get used. I’m leaving the badge on the bike with his name and the bike’s serial number.
Bill was quite a bit shorter than I, and I commissioned a longer seatmast from BF. It now fits quite nicely. Looking forward to some bike travel with these.

We had so many delays getting these in it wasn't even real. We got them in two weeks ago today, I stocked the shelves, put one in my car and drove to North Carolina and biked around Emerald Aisle for a few days to put it through its paces and it was great! The 2.125 tires make a pretty big difference.

They are made by a small company called HengYuanDa. I was reluctant at first, but they have a great ride quality. I don't know their durability yet, but they roll great, have a nice tight tread, and a very comfortable ride (without feeling squishy). I will try to take a better photo of the tire tomorrow.
I recently changed the tires on my 406er after a bit of research. There are quite a few wide, plump tires for 406 but most all are real porkers in weight. And I'm no weight weenie.
