Samo's weekend exploration ride

Hey folks!

Greetings from Malaysia! I want to share my ride from a coastal town called Kapar in Central Peninsular Malaysia to a beach area called Pantai Jeram recently..

Nice! I always like your ride reviews. Was that a Carlsberg Beer sign in post #5 second picture down?

Also just as a curiosity... any idea where the Raleigh bicycle plant was in Malaysia back in the 1970's? I have a Raleigh Sports Standard that was built in Malaysia in 1971 or so.

Raleigh had a factory in Malaysia? Really? Well, thanks for the heads-up buddy! Never knew they had one here..

The "Carlsberg" signage indicated that there is a Seafood restaurant around the corner. This is very typical along the West Coast towns of Peninsular Malaysia..

Many thanks. Here my small daughter is a fan of yours. She points "biiiiiiiiike", "waaaaaater" (in Spanish, of course). Great to show the two of you enjoying with bikes in the other side of the world.
