Mine cost 50 pounds NEW. So I could have spared some upgrade cash! Thinner tyres would have helped. Very slow if the tyre pressure dropped. Agree comets or kojack and a better crank would have helped. Along with better brake pads and cables. There was a three speed available. Single speed is not optimal on a bike with a short wheelbase. It was quite light also.

However, I think the rider (pilot?) of that rig has a goal of being hardcore tucked and aero.... that thing appears to be a straight line speed machine... check out the MASSIVE chainring and single rear cog! Salt flat racer anyone? :speedy:

needs disc wheels and sitting in a fairing, then you need the frontal area reduced,
so the whole thing gets tossed overboard, and you start with a Low racer recumbent ..

Don't know about the wheels, but the frame is Kimori, a japanese brand.

Those are painted Aerospoke wheels. The frame appears to be a modified Moulton maybe? I only found that pic when browsing various bike blogs, and unfortunately, I don't recall which blog.
