Wow! This is great.
I'm so glad I found this place. I had no idea that there was such a following with folding bikes. Kinda makes me feel good about riding one. I am learning a lot about these folding wonders thanks to all on board here. Very grateful. I have been riding for a few weeks now and I love it. Perhaps some might know that my wife and I chose a cheaper brand because of a lack of funds. I thought about returning one of them that had a defective derailleur and purchase a more expensive bike. I chose to just replace it instead and the replacement bike works fine. I know that down the road my wife and I will hopefully be in a position to upgrade, but for now these cheapo bikes fit the bill. Anyway, thanks to all of you for posting so much informative and interesting threads. They are a pleasure to read.
Cheers

Hello
Before the Folding Forum I had been intrigued by the concept of folding bikes. After lurking here for a long while and reading I NOW have full blown folder-itis! (current stable includes 2.5, have now owned a total of 7.5) This is a rich resource and friendly community. Thanks to the wise ones who do most of the postings. I am part of the fan base.
