Tires: Hard, Soft, & Thick
I have been ruminating for a couple of days about my advocacy of high-pressure 451 tires and my disdain of mid-pressure 406's and starting to think I am full of beans -- but then I do like the feel of 100psi Durano's over the feel of 65psi Kenda's on the same bike.
Did anyone see this article on tire width? https://janheine.wordpress.com/2014/...e-is-too-wide/
Wondering if there is any validity to my notion or I'm just being self-righteous since my two favorite small wheel bikes use 451. Is there really any difference in ride?

this is a distinct possibility, particularly after a Mission Burrito.
the German in Mr Heine, sets up some what quasi~controlled experiments
to reach his conclusions ,
so a bit more than Anecdotal Opinion , so common, here.
Instead of the Kenda , try a second narrow high pressure 451 tire like this : https://store.bikefriday.com/product...oducts_id=8961
or,https://store.bikefriday.com/product...ducts_id=16652
