Folding bars for fullsized bikes

Just a thought I had earlier while cleaning up: If someone had folding bars for fullsized bikes, you could pretty easily mount a bike closely parallel with a wall to save space. Currently, it would have to stick out one half handlebar width. Do such things exist as an aftermarket upgrade?
