Anyone have any hands on experience w/ this cheap bike from China?

I was wondering if I could swap some parts on it here and there and make it a pretty decent bike to just bum around on...no jumping or anything. Just want a small, storable work horse to get to the local stores and back. Or is it one of those rickety bikes that will fall apart?

I guess my question is, do you think the frame would be alright if, hypothetically, I replaced everything else?
Thanks.

edit: had to get rid of the link to the bike page. it kept breaking for some reason. sorry. if you need to look up the bike for more info try, "w-bike folding bicycle" in google image and it comes right up.

The link you gave does not connect to any bike for me. However, as a general warning products intended for internal Chinese market continue to be of low quality, meant to last a limited time. Will it ever change? Presumably and here and there you can find better quality items, then likely for about the same price as in markets outside of China. On the average, it continues to be grim.

With such a small wheel as on the front you are usually close to knocking your teeth out on any nonuniformities of the ground. Also, in terms of quality, the wheels look very iffy. Finally, it is single speed. I expect it to be just a toy, but it is interesting. Personally, I sometimes buy things for them just to serve as an inspiration, but this one is going to take space.

Interesting Strider-Ish knockoff. Strange they decided on 2 different wheel sizes.

Lol! Yeah, would not want to jump with that bike! OUCH!

Nice design, but it doesn't appear to have much, or any seat height adjustment.

Definitely not a stunt bike. My idea would be to baby it and use it only as a to b transport. It says it's an aluminum frame and the quality of the frame is my only real concern as I should be able to swap the other parts for better quality ones. I like that the handlebar stem is enclosed by the frame. As long as the frame is up to stuff with other brand name aluminum frames made in China I'd be happy. I'm not looking for indestructible but I don't want a bolt or the frame itself to snap if I it a pebble. The issue is not price; I could easily replace it. I just don't want a catastrophic failure. So it would help if get some feedback from someone who has some mileage on this bike.
in the description is says" Frame: Aircraft Grade Aluminum Alloy 6061
