Is there a code key for Dahon model names?

I can't figure out Dahon model names. They have Urban, Recreation and Hi Performance models but they share model names. There are Speed models in different categories and Mu (whatever that is) in different categories. Without checking specs I can't make sense of them. Is there some way to determine the type of bike from the names?

well its D for deluxe P for premium s x or performance
those are the components
somemodels share different plattforms D and P with the same ( or similar) frame
like the Speed D 7 and the Seed P 8 ... simplified the D7 has 7 gears a steel speed frame and deluxe components .. the Speed P 8 has the same steel frame but premium components ..

and so on ... complicated ? call me

The names - Mu, Speed, Vigor, Vector indicates the frame style, and followed by the P, D, S to indicate the component quality, and then usually a number to indicate the speeds. There has been some variations here and there, so not all products have the same designations such as the Visc, Formula to name a couple, and some special designations such as EX, SL, Rohloff which sort of indicates custom upscale component groupings, but usually still associated with a particular frame style.

Tern uses a similar method - Verge, Link, Swoop, Eclipse, Castro, Joe - indicating frame style, followed by component quality designator and number of speeds.
