Street Lugeing

Well, today me and my friend made ourselves a Street Luge Board out of wood and skateboard trucks and wheels. I would have to say it is not all that bad for only workingon it for about 2 hours. we just need to adjust the wheels so it roll in a straight line.

Has anybody else tried to make one? Just wondering.

I've wanted to try that for a while, looks like a lot of fun.
I wouldn't do it on a device I didn't trust though... even one of the nice ones, I'd rather have a bike under me than a little thing with wheels, lol

I think it was on ebaumsworld, or maybe compfused...

But there was a video called "Office chair Lugeing", the guy finds a steep hill and rolls down on an office chair.

It looks pretty fun, except the crashes of course

Street luge looks like so much the blast! Haven't built one yet, and I've outgrown my leathers by 40 pounds.

After track time on a cafe race,r street luge would be mello. Not near as fast and only inches to fall, with no chance of a high side Wheee-Whoooo!
