No whacka whack puff puff! No blow!!!!!!!

Picked up a steal of a leaf blower for 20 bucks that needed "minor work".. here we are two days later with no start, compression checks out, got continuity at the switch, the magneto, the spark plug cable too.. got voltage off the magneto, carbs clean, replaced fuel lines too..... aaaarrrggggghhhh... tried the dirty spark plug trick placing it against the engine body, no spark.. it's brand new, tested as good and properly gapped.. :

The load-bearing decals are probably too scratched. They should be replaced.

That was my first thought, the second would be the carb parts were probably damaged by ethanol in the gas.

I'm not sure of what adjustments there are in the system but see if you can check that the plug is firing at the correct point in the stroke. Kind of like, is the rotor cap put on backwards.

Missed the bit about no spark. Is it a Ryobi? They seem to be disposable. I'd backtrack the ignition system until you found the problem, but still suspect the load bearing decals are the culprit.
