The 37th Parallel

^^^This is the title of an interesting book just out on the UFO phenomenon. I know many here dismiss this UFO thing as garbage, but the only reason I'm posting this, is because it's from a fairly well known and mainstream author, Ben Mezrich, who is well known for books that became movies, i.e. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/21_(2008_film) and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Social_Network

Here's his book, https://www.amazon.com/37th-Parallel...sap_bc?ie=UTF8

And a pretty interesting interview with the author, Ben Mezrich

"I'm a big fan of many other of Mezrich's books, but this one is very disappointing. What seems like the first two thirds of the book (but actually turns out to be the first 95% due to the abrupt ending) are plodding but would be OK if they were building up to a broader theory or bigger reveal. Instead, it just feels like the author ran out of time to meet a publishing deadline and, rather than craft even a bad ending, just used the mysterious "government conspiracy" angle to create a half ending with the other half "redacted" out. I've graded papers where the student claimed the dog ate their homework that had better conclusions than this. Wholly unsatisfying and a complete waste of time and money"

Hey, it's a way to make a buck.
