Scoglio

Tonight: Calamari, Shrimp and Scallops

Garlic, Shallots and Capers

Add white wine (pinot grigio) and italian diced tomatoes.

I fried the seafood separately from King Oyster mushrooms because half the dinner was vegan

Finally, add some lemon juice and chopped parsley.

On the left, seafood combined with Squid-ink pasta. On the right, regular linguine with the King Oyster mushrooms.

This thread inspired me to make a new resolution to cook more and eat out junkfood less.

Everything I eat was made from something existing in this universe, nothing from some other one.

Well after my conscience made me reconsider I deleted my part upon realizing it was in bad . . . taste

Made pork Tigania, a Greek recipe of pork with leeks and roasted peppers. Threatened to overflow my big boy cast iron skillet when added wine and put the browned pork back in. Had to move to the biggest, non cast pan! Wife atoned by making bread with garlic cloves in another cast iron...

I don't always roast tile fish, but when I do I smother it in a tomato-onion mixture and cover it with lemons.

The night before I made a quick lamb ragout with fresh, black pepper pappardelle.

I don't with the pictures much, but Saturday I made this green vegetable curry recipe I found in the recipe book that goes with this pressure cooker I bought at salvation army. It's on p44, it's called Hirva Masalyachi Bhaji. Protip: don't just blindly buy grated coconut because it's on the ingredient list, just use 1 can of coconut milk (unless you want to go through the effort of making your own coconut milk, which I certainly don't!)
