I love my instant pot

What a great way to cook. Used to have the old stove top unit but I almost blew it up

I"m more boring than you, never smoked anything.

A friend of mine just told me he's getting an instant pot, everything I've heard about it is positive.

I've had my IP 2 years and still love it.. got the Air Fryer a few weeks ago and its euqally loved for different things... working long hours and going to school doesn't leave a lot of time for healthy cooking, but I need to eat that way.

Although I'm not a user I am a proponent of Pot. I think the benefits outweigh any negative. Unlike pharmaceuticals, where it seems the side affects are far greater than the original symptoms.
Actually I've never even heard of instant Pot, but as I always say the quicker the better, so put me down as an advocate.

Power Pressure Cooker

We have two of these... Recieved the XL as a gift a last year and ended up also buying a smaller one. Have used them for rice, soup/stew, chicken and pork/beef roasts. Yes, they do sorta take the "down home" out of cooking, but once you learn to use them, you can make some great quick meals!

Instant Pot is excellent! It's nice cooking a beef stew in the IP and not constantly checking it. And beef stew takes about 1/2 hour to cook. My laziness is happy.

I've made meals from scratch with a microwave (two, if the electrical circuit will take it) for over 20 years, including chicken.

Oh yes, you can make your own pizza in the mircrwave so the over get used for something, cakes as well. I bake one of them or another dessert for others as I'm a diabetic.
