From my critique class: give a least one reason why you liked/disliked it. Anyway, keep in mind that people pay good money for handmade/stitched/etc. items.

Just got done watching Fresh Meat on netflix/hulu. Starts off as a sort of typical raunchy college comedy, but has some really sweet bits along the way.

Sadly, not enough of them.

Just finished watching the third (and final) season of The Detectorists. Weird little show about people who do metal detecting in rural England. I wasn't that enthralled by the very niche description, but Netflix kept suggesting it to me, so I gave it a try and absolutely loved it. Johnny Flynn's theme song for it is perfect as is the cinematography.

On the other hand, we're now watching the last few episodes of Kimmy Schmidt, and I'm finding myself sort of glad it is ending as it just feels like it overstayed it's welcome and got to enamored with it's quirkiness (I felt the same way about the most recent half-season of Arrested Development). Sad because I quite enjoyed the first couple seasons.

I get that comparison. This last season of Kimmy is becoming a chore.

Yeah, it's a really slow moving show. If the characters do it for you, then it's great. If they don't stick with you, it's super boring. And to be fair, one of them is constantly making decisions that drive me nuts.

I'll always think of him as the guy with the fake eyeball from Pirates of the Caribbean.

The local Fox station was running King Of The Hill a while ago but I was only listening from another room and it didn't interest me. I'm watching the unpowered `83 Trinitron in this room and one thing I can say, it's dark, quiet and relaxing.

Well as a long-time Star Trek fan and after much soul searching I've decided to go ahead and try to get through Star Trek: Enterprise. Since its very unlikely I'll ever watch ST: Discovery due to its pay TV only and overbearing PC I figure I may as well finish what I started. Wish me luck.

Gee, can''t seem to remember where I left off. Just that Season 1 was frightfully boring.

It so PC its sickening. But even the wouldn't be too bad if it had believable characters and a half decent story. It has neither of these. I wish the they'd just remove the ST name and simply put "based on" by Gene Roddenberry. At least that way I wouldn't have had any expectations.

just watch it like a new episode of the out limits or something. it had a few of the original series twist in it, but a lot of tropes that would not have flown back in the 70's

actually considering i havent watched tv a lot since i watched that show does say a lot about it, the closest thing to tv i watched since then was the "to catch a predators" greatest hits. and the sheer silence and response the guy got when when he drives up to the house. goes to the passenger door. and begins to lead his own child in by the hand. i mean you could hear all the cops watching on the video screens jaws drop.

Please include at least one legitimate reason why you feel the TV show was worth watching.
