Now I need a black jersey with a skull and a black helmet with Iron Maiden printed on it. LOL. Cooler weather is here finally.

If that doesn't gain the respect of the Monster Truck crowd, nothing ever will. In addition to being able to go anywhere, I bet you could jump the fountains at Caesar's Palace (successfully) on that thing.

Yes my dog talks and I have no explanation. My phone alerts me I think my Tool tickets are ready for transfer but it is Genec Now after listening to Tool Fear Innoculum that I just downloaded. I just might be in another dimension.

Awesome! Looks a lot like my Krampus, down to the holey rims -- are they TR? I'm rockin ghetto tubeless (split-tube liner), and it was dead easy to set up. No compressor needed, no worry about buying special rim tape and putting it on just right, the extra rubber between the bead and the rim creates a flexible, tight seal. When I had to change the tires, the split tube and old tire came off as a fused unit, and I had to rip the tube off the tire. And I was able to reuse them for the new tires.

You are sleeping with the TV on too much.

I've done this and it's bizarre and ethereal as to what you think coming out of REM sleep.

Cool this is a F around bike so I can’t give any useful data I put 8-20 pounds of air pressure to experiment with old Fatty. Run over almost anything and is always a blast to cruise. The wheels has held up so far and I would like bad Azz wheels but many bikes and ya know the funds

Iz just fer cruzin' 'round, eh?

I would think for downhills y'd want some suspension.

I could see it as a gravel or sand bike though.

Sugar sand is heck even on a fat tire trails bike. Fatties like that might float across the stuff.

Those look like 4" tires? Krampus runs 3", on those I aim for 8-10psi front, 13-15 psi rear. For 4" I would go even lower. If you get too high it starts to feel like you're riding on basketballs, and you're riding huge heavy tires around without getting the benefit from them

If you want to race down at breakneck speed, sure, but if like me you're content to just bounce and shake your way down the hill, it's all good. Let the rubber absorb the hits.

I often speculate about what path mountain biking technology would have evolved if the initial technological adaption was 3" (i.e. lightweight motorcycle) tires on 29" (aka 700=road standard) rims rather than front and rear suspension systems.

Well I know my fat tire Huffy beach cruiser is a blast to ride... albeit the somewhat weak crank and handlebars and brakes. (it creaks like old stairs when I really "get on it")

The biggest issue I tend to face is getting it going... once overcoming that initial inertia... it just rolls along.

I can sure see the fun in a well built fattie tire bike.

All I changed on this bike is the crank to a SRAM X5 put some Nuke Proof platform pedals on and some handle bar grips. The shifters are X5 and front and rear derailleurs are SRAM GS. Some Taiwan wheels I don’t remember who makes them. Decent enough for a bike I just cruise around for fun. It’s like those old Toyota 4 cylinder mini trucks slow to get going but cruise nice once up to speed.
