Sorry. Beef fajitas is on the menu. But brisket would be much better.

Is it really your birthday? Happy Birthday.
Looks good and sounds good to me. If you're ever up north to cen-tex (Waco) I'll take you to the best place to get fajitas.
BTW, I can't drink beer with food. I have to consume Beer by itself.

HEB is good, but for black beans, Ranch Style, in my opinion, is the way to go. Also, I don't see any Rotel.

A whole lotta ice and only one visible beer in that cooler, Hondo.

Not sure that's a proper birthday, but as long as you're not in the Torres Unit . . . I guess you're doin' alright.

Yeah, I've been behind the fences and walls there 5 times for work, if I remember correctly. Can't take in nothin' but your drivers license and of course my tools. Which are weapons in themselves, but I have a tool list I give the guards to check against my tools.

When there in Hondo, I've worked right beside the offenders (who are to be trained) and eaten prison grub in the guard/employee lunch area, with food served by offenders.

The Torres Unit is almost identical to the Hobby Unit women's prison in Marlin. I've been inside the Hobby Unit maybe 10 times working along side the women offenders, it's all a blur really.

The best part about either prison is when you make it past the final gate on the way out. There is a sign at the final gate that states "No Hostages Beyond This Point". I was told not to become a hostage and I won't have to worry about anything.

Beer is proof that God loves us if you believe or not. Drinking beer by itself is the best way to do it

Nope, that was a sample. There are many hidden under the ice ready to be discovered like the 5,000 year ice man they found I think in the Italian Alps.

On road trips we would quote the Rotel commercial by saying there is no tellin where we are going to be motellin The days of the 800 miles in one day road trips.

Thanks.. I was in Oregon last summer cruising the Pacific Coast Highway had a blast! Very different from the gulf coast. Columbia River Gorge was awesome. The fish ladders was surreal to me especially since Iím an avid fisherman. Enjoyed Oregon will return.

I remember a few years ago heck 10 years ago lol a trustee from the prison took off on a tractor. Everyone was all crazy looking for a renegade John Deere thinking it was a farm tractor ya know one that could top out at 35 mph. I didnít live near Hondo at the time my place was near Castroville A whole 15 miles away. Anyways it turned out to be a lawn tractor like one I mow my grass with. The guy made it a long way mostly by foot when lawn mower ran out of gas. The cops are all looking for a farm tractor while this guy was cruising highway 90 on a lawnmower. Like that was suspicious lol everyone mows along their home. He went a foot finally got caught and the dummy only had 2 months to go on a short sentence. When the alarm went down and the locals found out it was an escape via lawn tractor it was very funny. Not so much for the prisoner I guess.

I hope that guy had the cutting deck raised for optimum speed.

2 months to go. Makes me wonder if he pissed off some new people inside and he wanted away from them no matter what?
