Air Asia to resume flights

Where I am, you can book flights on Air Asia, beginning the first of June.

I suspect some flights will not have many bookings, so will be cancelled, and you will be given a flight on the nearest available day.

Be aware, I highly suspect, at least one airline has had flights available for booking which they knew would never fly. This helped their cash flow. If people apply for a refund, it takes a long time. Unlikely in this situation, and you can just go on a later date.

It is also possible that some companies that know they will go bankrupt, may try and get more money before it happens. I suggest people book quite close to the day you plan to fly. Even let the first few flights happen before booking.

Good thing I wasn't planning on flying anytime soon. Seriously, why would anyone, if they didn't have to right now?

Montana is poised to to start a partial reopening. Iím supposed to tour there and in Idaho in mid June. Iím not going. Fortunately, Delta has waived change fees for all flights booked through the end of September. I can rebook up to two years from my flight with no charge.

It's probably unsafe to fly due to the risk of catching corona virus. I'd wait till they come out with some sort of vaccine. Make it mandatory for people who are traveling to get their shots.

While it hasn't happened yet, there will be some big discounts from certain companies to encourage more business.
