My pea sized brain has not figured out posting YouTube clips yet so just put on your big cushy headphones and check out Fleetwood Mac "Future Games"

Pretty sure I remember Rush from a song that used to play on the radio with the line ". . . I will choose free will." If that was Rush. The song was kind of busy, as I recall.

I'll choose Kraftwerk, please.

I should have added this to the organ post earlier
guilty pleasures -- aka groups that weren't cool enough for me after the late 70's punk explosion but great jams
same song, different title & lyrics ??

Can't forget The Tubes. If you never saw them live back in the late 1970s-early 1980s you missed a stage extravaganza:

I always wondered what happened to that 'Q'-shaped guitar

No love for Family yet? Roger Chapman was a like crazy person on stage, leaping around and swinging a sweaty towel over his head. And that voice! I remember hearing them get louder and louder as I hiked from the ferry to one of the Isle of Wight festivals.

Open a video on Youtube and let it start playing. Then right-click on the video's http address at the top of your screen, which should highlight it. You should see a pop-up menu come up and it'll have a series of selections - choose 'Copy'. From that you simple go to BF, wait until the cursor starts blinking in the message block, then 'paste' the http address into it, then 'save' the message block. Sometimes it won't work - for me it won't work on 'official' videos that are posted by a particular band (usually involves software that blocks 3rd party hosting).

Saw Rory live 5 times in Toronto, one place he was willing to fly to. Top 5 live guitarist on my list.

Magazine, Buzzcocks, The Fall, XTC, The Jam, The Clash, Pere Ubu, Dead Kennedy's, The Stranglers and last but not least, Joy Division.
That mostly covers my definition of Rock and Roll from 78 to 83 for me, with a smattering of pop.

One of the most underrated and relatively unknown guitarists in R&R history.
