1. you have to [right click] your mouse when the video is playing. This will bring out a menu.
2. Highlight [Copy video URL] and [left click] on your mouse.
3. Come over to the forum Quick Reply and you will see a row of icons on top. The 3rd one from the right that looks like a film strip, that is the insert video icon.
4. [Left click] on that and you will open a menu that allows you to paste the video URL.
5. [right click] and paste the video URL. Then click on the [OK] box and it is done.
