Its good to see another beer on the local market. Growing up in San Antonio we really only had three beers and all were locally brewed.
Lone Star - When out and about, at a meal, in a bar
Falstaff - When ya needed to quench your thirst, a working mans beer when working
Pearl - When ya wanted something light, or you were constipated... Ha
When my Boy's are home it is always interesting to see what beers they are sipping. Sweet, bitter, citric, herbal, foreign in more ways than one. And then when they run out, sipping on one of my Miller Highlife's with a smile...

Reminds me of another PA (now defunct) beer. I collected beer cans as a wee lad and had a few of these, despite being in WI.

There was a place up in Forest Park, about a 30 min drive from where I lived. A gallon of whatever they had on hand was $4. Often it was Pabst, Keystone, and other such terrible beers from the start and only worse with age and a bit of skunking. Just the same, $4 for you and a couple of friends to chip in, add gas money, and have something to drink....These same times were often celebrated with Boone's Farm, Mad Dog, Thunderbird and other type 'ripple'.
