Please Help Me With My Bike Fit!!!

Recently I lost a whole lot of weight, which is the good news. Unfortunately, I also lost my muscle mass. Now my bike doesn't seem to fit correctly. My sit bones are really hurting me and my back is so stiff all I can do is stare at my stem like Chris Froome. I'm attaching a picture of me on my bike. I would appreciate any help.

Get a Brooks. I hear those things are great as long you bury them in the backyard for a few years first.

Hey, gorilla legs. Maybe lower the seatpost. And put on some shorts, at least. That's gross. Flagged for nudity.

Reminds me of the years I played Everquest. I told my wife that as I draw my last breath, I want to hear the EQ skeletal laugh one last time.

Good point. Even when you are undead, it is important to hydrate. Don't want them bones to dry out. On the good side I don't have to put on sun lotion any more. I'll be sporting the bleached bones look.

I see your problem as one of commitment to cycling - you've got no "skin in the game" so no motivation.
Are you getting enough sleep? You look "bone-tired" on that bicycle.
You also need to change out those flat pedals and quit riding barefoot. No wonder your feet looks so bad.
Get a helmet for safety purposes, too. Good for protecting your brain matter . . . uh, maybe?
