L'equipe says Sheryl broke up Discovery

I was reading an article on the online version of l'Equipe and it said that Sheryl Crow, in a private interview, was quoted as saying that she admired Yoko Ono's music and thought it would be fun to break up Team Discovery.

Apparently George H. had some suspicions about her but he missed her jump and couldn't keep up before the team was finished. What a sad day. She apparently had some regrets and called it her favorite mistake....

On the other hand my French is really bad, so I may have totally misunderstoond the article.

I think Yoko broke up Discovery, not Sheryl.

Certainly, you must have read that article wrong.

Yes. Everyone will look under their seat and find a gift certificate for the newest Trek bike. New bikes for everyone! Yay!

I heard that Oprah has started a deal with Target. And target is now going to be selling Merckx bikes under their brand. That's what I bet will be under the seats...

oh dear no I can see it now, two senior citizens talking about it:

"Hey, honey come look at this....now bikes are advertising the pharmaseutical companies!"

'what? I can't hear you, talk up!'

"I SAID LOOK AT THAT, THAT BIKE IS AN AD FOR MERCK"

'they spelled it wrong'

"what smells strong, I don't smell nothin!"

'no, they spelled it wrong, merck doesn't have na x in it'

"maybe they are trying to make it sound all extreme"

....
...
..
.

....of course we all know it was Hincapie's torrid affair with Kirsten Gum that ended it all...
