Winter Commuting Pictures......

Hi Everyone!

As some of you know, I work for a small city in Ontario as a bike advocate. We're on a one year grant so will be focusing on making workplaces bike friendly through lobbying employers for facilities and incentives and providing employees with information about setting up commuter clubs and information about cycling. We're writing a brochure about winter commuting and had some pictures lined up but they've fallen through. The downside to that is that, as I said, we're on a one-year grant (which ends in August) and we don't get snow here until January. We need to have the packages done by then.

Anyone here have pictures of themselves geared up to bike in the snow (your bike in snow is also good) and an extreme desire to famous in a very limited way? Because of the grant budget, we're unable to pay for use so there's really nothing in it for anyone except the knowledge that they're helping the winter bike commuters in our area.

I've got some pictures from last seasons commute. I'll see if I can dig them up. They are of me in my winter riding finery, my pink winter bike and lots of deep snow. I'm from Ontario as well so my pictures would represent a real Ontario winter commuter, riding in real Ontario snow.

There are also a lot of winter cycling shots on icebike.com.
