What's the difference between a mouse and rat anyway? They both taste the same to me...

Here is a pic of my former pet Mugatu. He became very unruly, always snapping at people without justification. He ran away (escaped) several years ago. His name is/was "Bones".

She had a detached retina and has to have it removed. I just can't get her to keep the eye patch on.

Wow... how do you even diagnose something like that in a small eyeball anyway? It's not like the rat's saying, "Well doc, I'm seeing double here, and at night it gets worse."

Well, her eye was a bit cloudy and we took her to the vets. And the lens popped out. Oh crap... <slaps forehead> I refered to that as a detached retina. Duh on me.

Anywho, he did immediate surgery as she was in sever pain from the lens coming off. Hasn't slowed her down a bit.

Greyhounds have a reputation for being wonderful companions. That, and they don't shed much.

From what I understand they like to go out for a little short morning excercise then it's couch potato the rest of the day. Am I right?

For the most part, yes. They shed a little bit, but not much...mostly only when you are petting them.

They love to go out like any dog, just be "outside", but in or out, they just "lay around" 90% of the time. Its only when they are all excited because I just came home from work that they might get all excited and run if I let them out back.
