My acid reflux was acting up, so I missed the tail end of the half when the QB needed to throw a bomb but missed the snatch, and I only got back in time to see the majorettes lead pipe bands around the field.

Pulte is a huge home building company. I work for a construction company, and 70% of the repair jobs we do are on Pulte houses. Pulte cuts corners everywhere, and based on countless instances of piss poor workmanship, I suspect that they regularly pay off inspectors. Many people who buy pulte houses are rich, and don't mind too much paying out $400,000 in 8 years for repairs. Basicaly, if you want a well made house, don't get a Pulte. I would say that the best way to get a properly made house, made just how you want it, is find a reputable builder, and supervise the entire operation, asking the workers and inspector lots of nagging questions.
