It made me laugh, (and feel really old).

Agreed. He is his own enterprise now. And now no one can censor him. While I don't like 100% of what he has to say, its good to see hes got the balls to say it haha

I just caught the tail end of "Goonies" on TV and it brought to mind a few more.

How about the Coreys?

Sylvester Stallone. Also, the bartender guy from Cheers, but can't remember his name.

Believe it or not, Rocky VI is in production. He's going to come out of retirement and fight a bunch of no-names and then get challenged by the champ--sound familiar? I also heard that there is a possibility of a Rambo resurrection.

lete's keep in mind, that washed up is not the same as retired. SOme people simply quit acting or whatever on their own volition. I remember reading about Victor Mature, a movie actor who was a real hunk-type. He retired from acting at 40 because he knew after that it would be harder to get 'hunk'roles. So he went into business and made even more money and spent his remaining years playing golf and travelling.

Do you remember how ferocious he looked in Rocky III (I believe)? He just embodied tough. I think he was a pretty respected bodyguard before he started acting.

About 15 yrs ago I saw Mr. T driving down the Dan Ryan Expressway (Chicago) in a cream/tan Rolls Royce convertible with the top down. He was in full regalia, including all the chains. Made me smile. I bet he's happier and has more of his money than a lot of washed up stars.

Here's to you Mr. T!
