Yeah....wecond time this has happened...the pedals literally welded themselves into my crankarms.

So not only is my old Elita Triple crankset worthless, but so it my Stylo XC cranks....freaking nice.

Ghetto Cryo-freezing (turn can of compressed air upside down, and let the liquid junk freeze it to hell and back) doesn't help, and neither does taking a torch to them....actually I am nursing my lacerated thumb and re-broken nail (yes, the meat cleaver thumb...which JUST healed) from having ympedal wrnech slip off after hitting it with a hammer in hopes of getting this blasted thing off..

Yeah...it;s a rant....I hate having to spend good cash to get an equal crank...I wante to put some eggbeaters on this bike....but noooooooo, the cranks have to be a little crap about it.

edit: hooray, looks like my pedal wrench is toast too...warped jaws.

yeah, that's what I'm doing, except getting parts online. No way am I paying $200 for comparable cranks.

Sorry to hear.
Two words... Never-Seize

Apply on pedal threads and spindle to crank arm joints.
