You have my sympathy...We in GA know what fires can be like...and how they burn on and on.
Take care, and if they say to evacuate...do so. You can replace everything in the house/apt (yes even vivian) but no one can replace you.

Got word from the teach I can makeup my midterm next week.

THerefore I have another week to study.

I'm deathly sick, and was having trouble concentrating on my studies this morning. I have 5 conversations, and all the endings to learn, plus a 100 characters/vocab.

That is ALOT.

The little spinny thing where it says "Posting Quick Reply - Please Wait" after you hit the "Post Quick Reply" button spun 25 times before my post appeared.

Its so slow I wanna jump out the window. But alas, I'm at maiming height and would probably end up as a vegetable.

Another major mandatory evacuation area got announced. Starting to get a bit uncomfortably close. Easy for me to get up and leave if told to do so, but I have no clue where I'd go. After all, any route north is crazy busy.

My passport is one of the things I'd be bringing along. But there's a fire possibly pointed at Tijuana.

Well, you are nearly a month older than me, and my parents always told me to listen to my elders...

Put on your eye patch and peg leg, go shanghai a crew and steal a boat. Fire and water don't mix.

Take a vacation to go biking in Canada? We rarely have problems with fires in Ontario

Hope everything goes well for you.

Are you offering me a place to stay? I'll be sure to bring Vivian along... she has always wanted to visit her homeland.

It got up to over 20 here, and it was nice and sunny. Sadly I had to work/be in school all day so I couldn't ride But now all my cold weather goodies are here so I should be able to get out some time
