I had to mention LA so that people won't get the wrong impression of what I might look like on my boat. But I'm in pretty decent shape for a soon to be senior.

Which you reportedly have in abundance as well. In which case, I'd have to conclude that EP was absolutely correct in his assertion that he wants for nothing.

I desire to be home with my wife and kids right now. And to have a real fixed gear bike, not some home-grown thing.

Right now....my 2GB SD card for my camera to arrive....the 32mb onboard memory is just not enough.

Desire long-term....someone tolerant of my geekly nature, and doesn't mind riding the bikes either.

I know my exact answer to this poll.

I've already met the girl of my dreams, but she's too involved in making a future for herself that she has no time for me.

Not that she's selfish, she's an active humanitarian and environmentalist. As well as an accomplished dancer, musician, and intellect. She's been invovled in many big things, and rubs shoulders with celebrities and politicians (like the President, former and current). Heck, I'm sure that you've probably seen her on television a few times. Not as a cast extra or actress, but on the news if you're local, or on one of those commercials highlighting "gifted youths" (she's 19, btw)

Anyway, it's hard to believe that this girl is my neighbor. Since I've met her, every girl I've been with has been compared to her.

</emo rant>

Yes, I know. I'm horrible

With my sweetie, I'd steal a watermelon, just off the vine. I'd put it in the river to cool off for about a half hour. Then I'd take it out and slice out a one inch slab right from the middle. I'd cut that into quarters, and we'd pick up a piece and bite into the sweet juicy heart of the melon. We'd let the juice run out of our mouths and down over our chins, letting it drip. We'd laugh, take another bite of the sweet wet fresh fruit and laugh some more. When we were finally sated, and with faces turning sticky, we'd strip the little clothes we still had on and wade into the river, splashing and washing each other in the cold mountain water. Perched on a rock in the middle of the river, silent for a while, we'd realise how beautiful it all is. Just for a while.

Unfortunately, cold mountain water doesn't have the same effect on a man's body as it does a woman's.
