Quote:So a Tongan or Samoan dressing down an Asian or Filipino using the phrase "this is how we do it in America" is racist?

If you have taken any sociology or multi-cultural studies, then you would know that a racist is a person who enjoys the benefits of the majority. The term you are looking for is racism or racial prejudice. Another term that may fit could be all-weather bigot.

As to pheard's post, don't you just hate anal retentives.

I was pointing out freedoms other countries have that we don't. Drinking at 13-14years, unlimited speed-limits (TUV-approved vehicle), social ethics & manners, and healthcare. We don't pay it with taxes for ourselves, but we certainly pay to cover emergencies services for others and illegal aliens. Ends up costing us twice as much per person for healthcare as it does the Europeans. The "freedom" reaction that guy posted is the brain-washed masses.

Why do people post things like this and then get upset when everyone doesn't agree with their point of view?
Everything thing I've said is just my opinion. You've got to be kidding me Ms. Polly Prissy pants, I haven't gotten upset with anyones responses. I could care less if anyone agrees with me.

Man, I have to know what asumptions you see in my opinions. I think the guy was rude and acted like a 10 year old kid in a play yard, where is the asumption?

One sign of bad management is inadequate employee training.
There seems to be yelling as a part of that too.

Often times a customer knows that the company policy is to kiss the customer's butt. They often times will take advantage of that and it doesn't matter what color they are. It's the point of not losing the customer. They know that an employee will be too afraid for their job to react in any negative way.
