Should I take the rest of the day off and go ride?

I'm home for lunch. It's 65 degrees out. I'm working Saturday and probably Sunday, and I just spent my morning dealing with the most difficult woman on the planet. I think I should just hop in my bike and take the rest of today day off.

timmhaan 11-01-06 12:00 PM

do it. do it now.

[edit] of course, you know by asking a question like this on bike forums what the answer will be.

TheKillerPenguin 11-01-06 12:01 PM

venga!

Shadiyah 11-01-06 12:06 PM

Of course you should. So should I. So should everyone. I now declare it Take the Rest of the Day Off and Go Riding Day. One, two, Three....GO! :)

USAZorro 11-01-06 12:08 PM

I did it yesterday. No regrets. Hope you're gone already. :D

SaabFan 11-01-06 12:09 PM

it would probably be safe to keep your bike for after you get married:p

Yes. And I'll join you. Nothing like coming out of a meeting wanting to strangle your client (and in a VERY rare occurrence) and your PM. I need a bike ride. Let's go--

cycle17 11-01-06 12:24 PM

Go ride. Work will be there tomorrow.

Should I take the rest of the day off and go ride?

Anytime you feel inclined to ask this question the answer has to be yes.

jsharr 11-01-06 01:38 PM

Yes

Serendipper 11-01-06 01:41 PM

(Insert expletive) YEAH!

explody pup 11-01-06 01:41 PM

I think it would be a very bad idea. You should work. In fact, you should do more work than you usually do to make up for such an unprofessional and irresponsible idea. I'll email you some estimates I'm working on and instructions on how to do them. I'll be out riding, if you need me.

If you stay and work the government’s gonna want a hefty chunk of what you produce. If you opt for the ride uncle sam will let you keep all the enjoyment and fitness benefits to yourself

Mariner Fan 11-01-06 03:26 PM

Absolutely!

Tom Stormcrowe 11-01-06 05:05 PM

Ride! Ride Ride!
