If they let someone that can turn a thread about a bike locked up by it's seat into an opportunity to bash the President of the U.S. ride a bike, I don't see why not.

You know how hard it is to find a good saddle? Once you find the one for you, you do anything to keep it.

So have I. But the smarter folks just take the seat with them after they lock up the bike to make it even less desirable to steal on the spur of the moment.

Yeah, but the Secret Service guards Bike One. You should try to steal it and see if he needs a lock.

Chuck Norris helped him. But if he really killed P&R wouldn't his name be "head"?

I can't tell what it's actually locked to.

The next time you don't have anything better to do and you see that bike again bring another U-lock and unlatch the bike from the seat post and lock the rest of the bike properly to a nearby rack. Then go have some lunch, come back and wait for the owner to come back. And when you finish laughing your @ss off come take them off the hook and teach them how to properly secure the bike. haha!!
