Slappy the Cowboy

Does anyone know the commercial in a western bar where two guys are at a standoff and this one guy is a quickdraw and keeps slapping this dumby? I think its some internet provider comercial.
What i want to know is that from an old movie, and if so, what is it?
thanks.

I'm sure it was from an old spaghetti western. I don't remember the title though.
