How does the process work? Lay down or stand up and turn it on.
Do you put on sunscreen? Use Accelerator
Is it hot? Usually have built in fans - but have burnt some areas not previously (ever) exposed to sun
Clostrophobic? No, fell asleep a lot of times.
I assume you go in naked? OF COURSE!!

Used to tan heavily for a few years, don't feel like it anymore.

Try lots of swimming and laying out. It's working for me. I have a MAGDA tan going on.

Sorry for getting up in arms. I've had a family member die from malignant melanoma.

Sorry for your loss. The odds are always 100% when it hits you.

Turboem1,

I just came from the doctors office where the dermatologist said that the mole biopsy was fine but I should watch for any future changes, so I'm not a tan fan.

If you want things to match why not try a spray tan? Wouldn't it be a lot safer? A co-worker gets sprayed about every six weeks for about $25 and it looks good on her.

Ah, the spray-on tan. For that fresh-from-the-orange-tree glow that other citruses would die for!

I use the Neutrogena spray tan sometimes. It works okay but never lasts very long....about a week or so. But it is a good alternative. I wonder what is in the commercial spray tans that make it last 6 weeks??? Your skin would have sloughed off several times over in that time frame.

Not a dude at all...just good make-up. That is the old lady from There's something about Mary. Funny character. Lin Shaye is the actress' name.
