lifestyle change about to start

indeed

i have one last pack of cigarettes left then i am quiting. i need to stop now before it gets worse.
i am going to miss it very much, but i just dont feel healthy anymore.

i am also cutting back on my salt intake, i eat pounds of it yearly. i put it on almost anything, im sure it is adding to being out of shape. its all for the better.

i am also in the market for a new bike, hopefully picking one up in the next week or two. i was planning on it this weekend, but then my car got booted, and i had to pay a bunch to get it "unlocked", stupid city i live in, ruined my life.

anyways just thought id share. hope everyone is good and stuff.
ok bye

I try to quit about once a month, but I'm waaay to weak to do so.
I managed to cut back on the alcahol to only once a week or less, but quitting smoking is something that's going to take more power than I have to offer.
Oh well, one of these days... right now I'm going to go have a ..., you guess it.

The fact that you are going to smoke that last pack instead of throwing it away, is a VERY bad sign.

Exact same thing I said to Red house. He too wanted to finish his last pack. If you can't throw away the pack RIGHT now, you don't seem serious about the change.

Eat it and get really sick, that may help you quit.
