How well traveled are you?

Here's my Facebook profile. There's a link to the overview of my travels as a truck driver. 3 Continents and 5000000 miles.

I've got maybe 6 states I've spent time in and no more than 250,000 miles traveled.

I've always loved traveling. I used to want to be a trucker when I was younger, but I realized that family genetics would cause me to get very obese if I went that route. My current plan is once I get a Harley and a steady job I'll do regular cross country rides.

Fourteen countries. Ten of them in a 4 month period (SE Asia).

I've hardly traveled in the US, maybe 8 states.

About 38 states, plus: Mexico, Canada, England, Scotland, Ireland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, Estonia, Finland, Denmark, Czech Republic.

Sounds impressive, but it's not, really. Wait till the Euros hit this thread. Those folks travel!

intercoastal waterways, st lawrence river/seaway, tenn-tom waterway, mississippi river, great lakes, atlantic ocean etc etc

not in that order of course, but ya it can be done, that was my Dad's idea, turned out to be pretty cool

one small part is actually done by putting boat on rails and portaging it(kinda like a lock only over dry land) but the rest was all water travel

All right Mr. Stormcrowe, I've got a question for you. Where seems like the nicest place to live? I assume you have family in Indiana. Where would you prefer to live if you didn't? In my very limited travels, I've decided the middle of North Carolina looks like a winner. Great weather, low cost of living and nice scenery.

I've been to fifteen states (a few months ago, that number would have been three), but I was just passing through most of them. Only lived in one. Never been out of the country.

I've been to Canada, England, Wales, France, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Austria, and Argentina... but not west of the Mississippi. That may change this year.

Hmm. Never thought about it. I'm not military. Let's see, not counting places I was just passing through en route to somewhere else... (Which would get me Iceland and Bosnia, plus a few more States)

17 States and the District of Columbia.

Canada more times than I know (Quebec & Ontario)
Mexico once
Scotland several times
Ireland once
England twice
Wales twice
Czech Republic 5 times
Germany once
Poland once
Croatia once

Favorite places thus far: Prague and Glasgow.

I think I've got 49 states. Can't recall going into Wisconsin. Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, St. Martten, St. Croix, Aruba, Venezula, Costa Rica, Peru, Santo Domingo, Puerto Rico, England, Wales, Scotland, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq (airspace only but I was suppose to be there), Iran (airspace only due to poor navigation on my part), Japan, South Korea, and Switzerland.

Between my own personal travel and while I was in the service, I flew around the world, right to left and top to bottom. Been to all European countries at least once, (except some of the ex-Communist countries), Africa (several countries in the the north, central and south parts), Australia, Japan, PI, India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco, Israel, Iceland, Greenland, All North American countries, most South American Countries, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Bermuda, New Zealand, Thailand, all most all the Caribbean Islands. Almost got to fly into Antarctica and made an emergency landing in the Falkland's.

Places I would never step foot in again: Turkey, just friggin scary . Columbia, more scary than Turkey. It will be nice when they get all the drug and political unrest under control.

My favorite place in the North American continent is the PacNW or the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, for different reasons each.

I also like Southern California a lot, but too many people

By the way, if you haven't been able to see my Facebook map,I have 441 cities on three continents, mostly North America. This isn't all of them, but it's as many as I actually had the patience to list. It's actually almost easier to say where I haven't been in honesty
