What are you a connoisseur of?

What things would you say (or your friends/family say) you are a connoisseur of? Some might even call you a snob. What are the things you are very particular about.....you really feel like you know quite well.

Coffee? Wine? Beer? Pizza? Scotch? Bread? Cheese? Egyptian Cotton?

What are you a snob about?

For me, it's coffee. I can't think of anything else at the moment, that I'm truly particular about...but I may remember something later.

What about you?

I tried to "get into tea" a while back....but it just didn't "get into me". It just didn't "move" me like coffee did.

"Jack of all trades, master of none". But if I had to choose one I'd say I'm a connoisseur of bad coffee from the various dispensing machines in our office. The one at the far end of the hall is by far the best bad coffee in the building.

Coffee and Beer and Ales, excellent Cognac, and Scotch.

Also good food. I demand excellence in all of the above.
