To Beirut in the morning

I'll be off Foo for a week or so, starting today. I've got a week-long break for Chinese New Year, and I've decided to spend it with a friend of mine in Lebanon. Hope everyone is getting along nicely when I get back, and a very happy year of the rat to everyone (especially Stacey ).

With luck, Beirut will be quieter than Foo .

Enjoy!

Make sure to pack some extra coal for the airplane.

The airplane had enough coal to make it to Dubai, which is where I'm posting from now. Leaving for Beirut in an hour or two. This airport is nuts. It's basically one giant duty free shopping mall with a few boarding gates attached. I've decided against entering the lottery to win a Porsche, since it wouldn't fit in my luggage. And I can't afford anything else, so Foo it is...
